KROPYVNYTSKY, invites to its team candidates for position "Manager of foreign trade (export)". Our website: https://mayer-pro.com/ Main responsibilities: organization of sales of finished products of the enterprise to the markets of foreign countries (EU, America, other countries of the world); search for foreign subsidiaries economic entities — potential buyers of the company's products; control over the fulfillment of the terms of foreign economic agreements (contracts), both on the part of the company and on the part of foreign counterparties, taking measures to ensure the timely receipt of funds for shipped products; accepting orders for the supply of products from foreign buyers (determining the required number of products, vehicles for export delivery, drawing up applications, calendar plans/schedules for the shipment of products for export); control of the transportation process, passing customs control and customs clearance of export cargo and vehicles, providing the necessary information to foreign counterparties; taking part in the consideration of claims of foreign customers and consumers; keeping operational records of volumes of products shipped for export, compiling and submitting established periodic reports; business trips to the European office of the company. Basic requirements: higher education; work experience as a specialist or the head of ZED EXPORT from 2 years; knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above, for communication with partners; successful experience in finding and conducting negotiations with foreign partners; confident knowledge of current legislation; solid knowledge of the rules of international transportation, INCOTERMS, legal skills for the formation of foreign economic agreements; a high level of self-organization, focus on results, good communication skills, responsibility, attentiveness, the ability to work with a large amount of information and documents; confident PC skills (Office, Excel); The company offers: Competitive salary from UAH 40,000.00.
