Manager of ZED in Persona, TOV, Rekrutingova kompaniya

Our customer is a new and modern industrial production of radio-electronic equipment in Ukraine.

In connection with the expansion of production, we are opening a vacancy for ZED Manager in Kyiv.

Main duties:

1. Market analysis:

• Monitoring and analysis of the market of China and other Asian countries
• Study of competitors and assessment of their activity on the

  Chinese market

2. Work with partners:

• Finding and establishing cooperation with Chinese suppliers, buyers and other partners
• Negotiations with Chinese companies
• Support and development of existing partnerships relations

3. Procurement and supply management:

• Organization of the procurement process of goods and services from China.
• Control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations by suppliers, including deadlines and product quality
< li>Ensuring timely delivery of products, control of logistics processes

4. Customs clearance:

• Coordination of customs clearance of cargo, resolution of issues related to customs procedures
• Cooperation with customs authorities, preparation of necessary documentation for customs clearance

5. Document management:

• Preparation and execution of foreign economic contracts, invoices, certificates and other accompanying documentation
• Keeping records of foreign economic operations, preparing reports for management.
6. Financial control:
• Control over the payment of bills, timely implementation of financial settlements with Chinese counterparties
• Tracking exchange rate differences, cost optimization

7 . Translation and communication:

• Translation of business correspondence, contracts, technical and commercial documentation from/into Chinese
• Interpretation during meetings and negotiations with Chinese partners.

8. Risk management:

• Assessment and management of risks related to foreign trade, including financial, legal and logistical aspects.
• Development of measures to minimize risks in international activities

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of the Chinese language: fluency in the Chinese language (oral and written)
• Knowledge business terminology in Chinese
• Experience in conducting negotiations and correspondence in Chinese. 
• Knowledge of other foreign languages ​​(English, Japanese, Korean) will be an additional advantage
• Education: Higher education, preferably in the field of international economics, foreign economic activity, international relations or linguistics.

• An additional advantage is specialized courses or certificates in the field of foreign trade or international trade.
• Knowledge of foreign economic activity: Deep knowledge in the field of international trade, customs legislation, principles of trade fairs.
• Knowledge of international standards and rules of trade (Incoterms, UVZ and others).
• Technical skills: Confident PC user, knowledge of office programs (MS Office, Excel) and programs for management of ED(1C, SAP, etc.)
