Role Description

The YouTube Project Manager will be responsible for strategic and operational management projects related to the YouTube channel. This includes planning, coordinating and controlling the creation of video content, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of the channel and optimizing the work of the team.

The final valuable product of the position

Content generation, publication and analytics of this project.

KPI in position (to discussion)

• 15 video publications per month on the main channel.
• 2 posts per month on an additional channel.
• 80 posts on TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

Scheduling

• Scheduling content for writing on the channel and approval of the media plan with the manager.
• Development of theses for video recording with experts.
• Preparation of theses, general structure and list of questions for podcasts.
• Work with keywords, tags, descriptions to video, video covers:
  • Come up with an idea for the video.
  • Write the title of the video.
  • Text on the video cover.
  • SEO description video.
• Negotiations with the studio.
• Negotiations with the speakers we produce on the channel.

Control and feedback

• Monitoring the work of the editor and editing results.
• Providing feedback on short videos.
• Checking the cover design.
• General control of compliance with deadlines in the project.
• Maintenance of tables and reports, entering data on project performance results.
• Budget control.

Publication

• Videos and shorts on YouTube.
• Shorts on Instagram and TikTok.
• Announcements in the Telegram group.

Requirements

• General understanding of how the YouTube platform works and its promotion.
• Experience in a similar position (YouTube manager, project manager in the field of content, video production).

• (Big plus) Experience working with AI at least at a basic level: text content, video, automation.
• Experience working with video content and/or editing, scripts, design, copywriting, publications.
• Understanding SEO optimization on YouTube (keywords, semantics, how and where to enter them).
• Technical knowledge of interfaces: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Notion , Google Sheets, Telegram.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions,effective team communication.
• Attention to details in editing, publications and reports.
• Responsibility, adequacy, proactivity, honesty, sincerity.
