We are looking for a manager for work with orders of online stores for ROZETKA, PROM and Epicenter

Terms:

Rate 15,000 with the possibility of receiving bonuses of up to 20,000 UAH">Payment once a month for all worked days

Our company is an official partner of the online store ROZETKA UA and other leading marketplaces of Ukraine and specializes in online sales of various categories of goods. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and organized order processing manager to join our team. Work experience in a similar position is a MUST!!!

Responsibilities:

- Processing and processing of orders in the CRM system, marketplace panel admin;

- Work with telephony;

- Control and interaction with delivery services;

- Interaction with customers by phone, by email mail and other communication channels;

- Resolving conflict situations and solving customer problems.

Requirements:

Have a laptop, headset or headphones for communication with clients;

Be able to work during a power outage;

- Confident command of a PC and MS Office programs;

- High responsibility, organization and attention to detail; - Stress resistance and the ability to quickly navigate non-standard situations and make effective decisions quickly;

- Literacy and excellent communication skills;
- Mastery of the Ukrainian language;
- Executive discipline;
- Correct perception of constructive criticism.
