Good afternoon. We are Scroogefrog (https://agency.scroogefrog.com/) is an Estonian-Ukrainian advertising agency that works with advertisers from all over the world.
We have an open vacancy for the position - Manager for working with clients in Google Ads (Google Ads Specialist)
We offer:
1. Working schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday is a day off. Work only in the office. During air raids, we descend into the bomb shelter (it is below the office building).
2. Annual leave is 10 days. The starting salary is UAH 25,000, it is possible to discuss the results of the interview.
3. We are located: the city of Kyiv, St. Ioanna Pavla II, building 4/6 (Pecherska, Palace of Ukraine).

Responsibilities:
Customer onboarding: supporting new and existing customers, providing necessary information, coordinating requests and informing customers about actions with accounts.
Accepting requests from clients:
- account opening, top-up, withdrawal, balance transfer, verification; 
- transfer of requests to the provider and control of execution.
Conducting client chats:
- control of the client's financial transactions; 
- support for the launch of advertising companies.
Working with blockings:
- performance of pre-moderation; 
- obtaining information about the reasons for blocking accounts;
- providing recommendations on setting up the launch.
- Interaction with Google providers: - monitoring the execution of tasks.

Requirements to the candidate:
- Knowledge of the English language is not lower than the average level. 
- Experience in Google Ads or other advertising networks. 
- Understanding the processes of setting up and maintaining advertising accounts. 
- Interest in digital marketing. 
- Responsibility, attention to details, communication skills.
