- Assessment of training effectiveness: determination of training effectiveness, measurement of changes in knowledge, skills and behavior of employees.
- Promotion of professional growth: development and implementation of programs for leadership development, talent management, career development, mentoring.
- Management of the training budget: planning and allocation of funds for training and development of employees.
