Manager of the supply department in Promotion

Our client, an international agro-industrial company of the complex (production and sale of plant protection products) is inviting a Supply Department Manager to join its team. 

Main duties:

• Ensuring full cycle of product delivery from purchase to shipment to customers.
• Setting up the nomenclature in 1C and SBO.
• Creating orders and accepting goods for accounting.
• Control of balances and coordination of shipment .
• Calculation of transportation requests in CRM.
• Full support and control of the delivery process.
• Communication with suppliers, warehouses and customers.
• Ensuring availability of all documents.
• Control of suppliers' indebtedness.
• Organization of inventories of regional warehouses.
• Interaction with other company divisions and auditors.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in product procurement, transport and warehouse logistics from 1 year;
• li>
• Knowledge of legislative requirements in the field of ground transportation;
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS;
• Experience in transportation both by the company's own transport and by forwarding / transport companies;
• Experience with TMS systems and tender platforms (S2B or others);
• A confident user of Excel, Outlook, Word;
• Experience in 1C and SAP/SBO will be an advantage;
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
