State policy project manager in Veteran Hab

Veteran Hub, the rights protection center for servicemen "Princip", Legal Hundred and Opportunities Space continue the joint development of the State Policy Concept for veterans and their families, in support of efforts of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the State in as a whole when creating the first State Strategy for veterans and their families. 

For the implementation of this project, the team is looking for a person who will confidently manage project processes, set up communication with partners, monitor the execution of tasks and ensure coordinated work. 

This project is implemented with the support of the Government of Great Britain.

What to do:

• Communicate with involved organizations and experts, coordinate and support their work.
• Coordinate editorial and design teams. 
• Selection and interviewing of experts.
• Administration and support of work meetings.
• Work with transcripts of meetings, prepare minutes of meetings.
• li>Prepare drafts of documents for further work.
• Verify texts.
• Take participation in the development of project management documentation.
• Participate in the selection of contractors and work with them. 
• Participate in the preparation of reports.

Qualification requirements:< /p>

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Highly developed communication skills skills.
• Experience in the field of veteran affairs or an understanding of the specifics of this field.
• Experience working in project teams.
• Understanding the operational work of charitable non-profit organizations.
• Budgeting experience. 
• Proficient in Google Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience working with contractors.
• Logical thinking, ability to quickly process data and information.
• Skills of written expression of thoughts and working with text.
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
• Experience in event management will be an advantage.
