The ROKADA Charitable Foundationannounces a competition to fill the vacancy-Manager of the safe space for women and girls "Vilna", FOP

Within the UNFPA "Free" project, we create spaces where women and girls can receive support, restore internal balance and develop their own capabilities. It is a place of safety, psychological stability and new resources.

Main duties

coordinate the work of the team (psychologist, social worker)
• compliance with security, gender sensitivity and privacy standards
• organize individual and group activities for women and girls (psychological sessions, workshops, art therapy, recreational practices, etc.)
• develop partnerships with local experts and institutions to expand the possibilities of the space
• conduct communication in space social networks (announcements, publications, interaction with the audience)
• prepare regular reports, participate in planning and coordination meetings

What we expect from you

• master's degree in public administration, management, psychology, social work or related fields
• 3 years of service and team management experience
• organization, proactivity and willingness to work with psychosocial support and countermeasures GZN
• effective communication and partnership skills
