Within the UNFPA "Free" project, we create spaces where women and girls can receive support, restore internal balance and develop their own capabilities. It is a place of safety, psychological stability and new resources.

Main duties
coordinate the work of the team (psychologist, social worker)- compliance with security, gender sensitivity and privacy standards
- organize individual and group activities for women and girls (psychological sessions, workshops, art therapy, recreational practices, etc.)
- develop partnerships with local experts and institutions to expand the possibilities of the space
- conduct communication in space social networks (announcements, publications, interaction with the audience)
- prepare regular reports, participate in planning and coordination meetings
What we expect from you
- master's degree in public administration, management, psychology, social work or related fields
- 3 years of service and team management experience
- organization, proactivity and willingness to work with psychosocial support and countermeasures GZN
- effective communication and partnership skills
