• experience with CRM and Excel (formulas, analytics, visual presentation of information)
• level of German B2/C1
• analytical abilities, ability to work with a large amount of data
• readiness for a flexible schedule

Responsibilities expected of OUR candidates:

• project/agent performance analysis
• formation of statistics and work with ready-made statistical data
• control of compliance with and relevance of the set KPIs on the project
• setting correct tasks on the basis of the conducted analysis and monitoring their implementation
• involvement in development and adaptation of internal business processes
