Manager of the quality control department in DMP Development Group

Expectations from OUR candidate:

• experience with CRM and Excel (formulas, analytics, visual presentation of information);
• proficiency in French or German at B2/C1 level;
• analytical abilities, the ability to work with a large amount of data, readiness for a flexible schedule.

Duties of OUR candidate:

• analysis of project/agent performance;
• formation of statistics and work with ready statistical data;
• monitoring of compliance and relevance of set KPIs on the project;
