Functional responsibilities: Monitoring compliance of the Company's personal data processing processes with the requirements of European and Ukrainian legislation on personal data protection (GDPR); Implementation of the principles of privacy by design in new projects, initiatives and products, identification of risks arising from the processing of personal data; Carrying out a risk assessment (DPIA) by writing the appropriate methodology; Provision of consultations to units-owners of processes within the scope of conducting DPIA and filling in the Register of processes, control of the quality and completeness of data in the Register; Monitoring the implementation of measures to protect personal data owned by the Company; Analysis of current regulatory documents and processes of the Company in accordance with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data protection; Conducting checks on compliance by subjects of personal data with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal data; Development and updating of regulatory documents that determine the principles, methodology, policy and management tools of the personal data protection process; Preparation of information materials, publications in the field of personal data protection. Pre-candidate requirements: Complete higher education in a professional field at the educational and qualification level of master's, specialist; Work experience in the field of law in the field of personal data protection — from 3 years; Work with personal computers (MSOffice, Outlook Express, Internet), free use of the Liga legal base, experience of working in the electronic document management system; Ukrainian (fluent), English (pre-intermediate).
