We invite you to become part of the team in the position of Manager of the Personal Data Protection Department/Lawyer.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Control of compliance of the Company's personal data processing processes with the requirements of European and Ukrainian legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR);
• Implementation of the principles of privacy by design in new projects, initiatives and products, identification of risks arising from the processing of personal data;
• Carrying out a risk assessment (DPIA) with the writing of an appropriate methodology;
• Providing advice to units that own processes within the framework of conducting DPIA and filling in the Register of processes, quality control and completeness of data in the Register;
• Control over the implementation of measures for the protection of personal data, the owner of which is the Company;
• Analysis of current regulatory documents and processes of the Company for compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data protection;
• Conducting checks on compliance by subjects of personal data with the requirements of the legislation on personal data protection;
• Development and updating of regulatory documents that determine the principles, methodology, policy and management tools of the personal data protection process;
• Preparation of information materials, publications in the field of personal data protection.

You are suitable if you have:

• Practical knowledge of Ukrainian and European legislation in the field of personal data protection, privacy principles and technologies ;
• Complete higher education in a professional direction at the educational and qualification level of master, specialist;
• Work experience in the field of law in the field of personal data protection - from 1 year;
• Working with a PC (MS Office, Outlook Express, Internet), free use of the Liga legal base, experience in the electronic document management system;
• Ukrainian (fluent), English (pre-intermediate).
