In connection with the expansion of the staff, the online store of children's goods needs 2 sales managers for permanent work. Remote work. Requirements: Experience in sales. Ability and desire to sell. Orientation to results — desire to work, if you only want a salary, but do not put effort into it, then you are not for us! Responsible attitude to work. Good command of a computer. Proficiency and easy communication in the Ukrainian language. Attention to details. Responsibilities: Acceptance and processing of orders from the site, in Viber, in Chats — order support from registration to receipt. We offer: Timely payment (% of orders — UAH 20 per order + 5% for upselling). Working conditions: 1 week — working, 1 week — weekend. From Monday to Sunday - from 9−00 to 21−00. We work through the CRM system and IP telephony. Salaries are paid at the end of the work shift. Training is not paid. There is no fixed term of study. How you can accept the order on your own - the salary will start accruing! Your salary is in your hands. We do not pay for air and time — you work at home, and in your free time from orders you can do personal things, so there is no rate. Salary is honest earnings from processed orders. We have 2 active sites on PROM.UA with active working Google advertising, sites on Khorosop and Allo are at the launch stage. Orders per day from 10 to 70 are trading, there is no clear stability here. It all depends on many factors. But it is not in our interests to have a 100% small number - that is why we are constantly working on increasing them.
