We are looking for a Manager< /strong> online store,to which we will entrust the support of our customers at all stages of sales. 

A typical working day of a Manager of the online store consists of the following processes:

• Processing incoming orders and incoming orders calls (no cold calls);
• Support of clients assigned to the manager;
• Tracking of the implementation of the sales plan and implementation of actions to achieve it;
• Maintenance of customer database in CRM Bitrix and 1C;
• Tracking customer activity and providing them with timely offers;
• Tracking offers from other companies on the market and providing suggestions to the manager to improve our services.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has work experience in the client sphere (in preferably in sales);
• Friendly, customer-oriented, positive thinker;
• Able to conduct dialogue competently and convincingly;
• Has a fast typing speed and attention to detail;
• Knows all stages of sales and knows how to build long-term relationship.
• Able to independently plan time and set priorities.
• Result oriented and able to take responsibility.
• Has a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• A confident PC user and has experience in the Bitrix CRM system or similar.
• Has experience in HoReCa (preferred).

• Full -time work in the officewith a fixed schedule: Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 18:00.
