The pet store pets-friends.com.ua is looking for a responsible and energetic Sales Manager for an online pet store to join its team. Our company is one of the leaders in the pet products market and offers a wide range of quality products for pets. Duties: Outbound calls (working with a warm/hot customer base) Work with the online store: processing incoming orders on the website, correspondence with customers in messengers, fulfillment of orders; Consulting customers: providing information about products, help in choosing, answering questions; Working with the CRM system and customer base.
