Maintaining constant communication with communities to promptly respond to changes and update information on departures.Promptly making changes to schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances.Security effective communication with the teams before, during and after departures.Control over the timely departure of teams and solutions logistical or organizational issues, if they arise.Preliminary analysis of the security situation at the planned locations. Organization of regular meetings with teams to discuss work results, provide support and implement necessary solutions for the successful implementation of project activities. Maintain working atmosphere and team motivation to ensure effective service delivery. li>Requirements: p>
- Higher education in the field of health care, management or related areas.
- Experience in humanitarian projects from 1 year.
- Experience in planning work schedules.
- Skills in working with basic Microsoft 365 tools (MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team, promptly solve problems and make decisions in stressful situations.
- Willingness to travel to locations in the Kharkiv region.
Would be an advantage:
- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
- Availability of a category B driver's license.
