In connection with this We invite you to join our Database Analytics team in the program department loyalty.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing loyalty programs, marketing or of customer service from 3 years.
• Understanding the principles of management of loyalty programs, CRM, basic marketing tools.
• Knowledge of 1C, CRM Bitrix24, analytical programs (Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar), Google Analytics, etc. 
• Experience working with technical contractors (mobile applications, websites, etc.).
• Understanding the principles of implementing digital applications, monitoring their operation and developing functionality. 
• Ability to coordinate processes between departments and organize work in a concise manner.

Responsibilities:

• Operational management of the launch and functioning of the loyalty program.
• Coordination of work with stores and other divisions for the implementation of the program.
• Control of updating information in the program (discounted goods, accumulation and write-off bonuses).
• Working with client requests, prompt resolution of problems.
• Providing updates and improvements to the loyalty program through digital channels (mobile application, website, etc.).
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the loyalty program and preparing reports.
