Manager of the environmental direction-campaigner in GO SaveDnipro

GO SaveDnipro is a team of like-minded people who defends the rights of citizens to a clean and safe environment, actively promotes the implementation of environmental reforms and the spread of socially important environmental information.

Creator SaveEcoBot- the only environmental system in Ukraine that combines data on the current state of the environment, on pollution, pollutants and environmental protection tools.

We are looking for an expert, motivated and eco-conscious person to join the team, who can share our views on the environmental sphere in Ukraine and become part of its qualitative changes.

Duties and scope of responsibility:

• work with the legislative and regulatory framework of Ukraine (research, preparation and monitoring of changes);

• preparation of analytical materials and reports on environmental topics;

• interaction with authorities of different levels; 

• work in specialized working groups of authorities, participation in specialized ob?unions;

• planning and participation in the implementation of projects and campaigns;

• interaction with citizens and NGOs regarding environmental issues;

• representation of the organization in the mass media, on national and international platforms. 

Main areas of activity:

• ambient air quality and monitoring;

• radiation background monitoring;

• open data and environmental information;

• sustainable development and green recovery;

• industrial pollution and energy;

• climate change. 

Professional expectations and requirements:

• professional work experience of 3 years or more;

• high level of analytical skills;

• free use of the legislative base of Ukraine;

• higher environmental/legal education will be a plus;

• understanding the work of the public sector;

• ability to independently plan, initiate, take responsibility for one's decisions;

• knowledge of the English language (level B2/upper-intermediate and above);

• readiness for business trips in Ukraine and abroad;

• ability to work with analytical tools will be an advantage.
