In connection with the development of the direction of corporate business, we invite to the team Manager of the direction of technological support of projects and services of the Department acquiring.

Key tasks:

• Processing customer requests via mail and messengers. li>
• Detecting and correcting errors in the operation of products.
• Participation in testing new products and services.
• Consulting clients at the integration stage.
• Development and improvement of software for transactional business.
• Development of technical requirements for the processing center.

Experience and qualifications:

• Higher education or students of the last year.
• Basic knowledge in IT (preferred).
• Desire to learn and develop in e-commerce.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.< /li>
