Main areas of activity:

• trade in new KIA cars
• trade in spare parts, after-sales and warranty service

TASKS

• arrangement of the dealer network in accordance with brand standards (design of reconstruction/construction of enterprises, orders elements brand identification, control of customs clearance and implementation of the project).
• opening of new dealerships.
• assessment of compliance of dealerships with brand standards by areas: infrastructure, processes, personnel.
• participation in the development of measures to improve the work of dealer enterprises.
• participation in programs for evaluating the effectiveness of the dealer network and studying the activities of competitive dealer networks.
• participation in the organization of signing contracts, additional agreements, reporting.
• opening of new enterprises.

REQUIREMENTS

• VO, preferably DR in the auto business
• knowledge of the English language at the level of Upper-Intermediate
• readiness for regular business trips
• knowledge of graphic editors (eg, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) will be an advantage )
• having a driver's license, driving experience of 2 years or more

TERMS

• Work schedule : 5-week working week, weekend — Saturday and Sunday.
• Official employment, social guarantees.
• Business trips within the borders of Ukraine.
