Functional tasks:
Functional tasks:
- Prepares, on the basis of applications submitted by customers, tender documentation, documents necessary for conducting public procurement procedures for further submission for review and approval by the Authorized Person and makes them public;
- Monitors the market of suppliers of goods, works and services with the aim of attracting a wider range of participants;
- Publishes in the electronic procurement system in accordance with the established procedure By the authorized body and legislation on public procurement, information on procurement;
- Prepares the necessary information and draft documents regarding the organization and conduct of public procurement for review and approval by the authorized person;
- Considers and analyzes the proposals of participants procurement for compliance with the conditions of the tender/procurement documentation and the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on public procurement;
- Prepares draft protocols of decisions of authorized persons and ensures their endorsement (if necessary) and signing in accordance with the procedure determined by the relevant administrative acts of the National Bank;< /li>
- Performs control over the compliance of structural subdivisions with the requirements of regulatory and legal acts on public procurement issues within its competence;
- Performs the duties of an authorized person;
- Participates in work with auditing bodies during audits by the Accounting Chamber, state control bodies, external auditors in the manner established by administrative acts of the National Bank;
- Provides clarification on issues of organization and procurement procedures at the National Bank.
