Manager of the community of digital ministers in Fond Shidna Evropa

The international charitable organization "Eastern Europe Foundation" within the framework of the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian program "Electronic governance for government accountability and community participation (EGAP)" announces a competitive selection for the position of community manager digital ministers for joint projects in the field of state technologies together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

We are looking for a leader who will lead the direction of the development of the community of digital ministers. The main objective is to provide informal communication between the digital ministers of the world to share knowledge and strengthen partnerships. You will be responsible for creating platforms for interaction, organizing events and promoting innovation in the field of government technology. 

Responsibilities:

• develop and support a community of digital ministers by creating platforms for knowledge sharing;
• moderate discussions and ensure constructive dialogue among participants;
• develop strategies and activity formats to improve engagement (master -classes, masterminds);
• interact with participants, provide feedback and analyze their needs;
• organize annual summits and online events such as webinars and informal meetings ;
• collaborate with teams of digital ministers in different countries to promote collaboration;
• manage operational chats and newsletters for participants;
• promote GovTech innovation through events ;
• use analytical tools to monitor community activity.

Requirements for candidates:

It will be an advantage:

• higher education in the field of communications, sociology, psychology or related disciplines; >work experience in international organizations.
