Manager of technical support with the study of foreign languages in Aspekt Enerzhi

Hello! We are thecompany "Aspect Energy", we are the leading suppliers of energy systems in the city of Kyiv, in connection with the active expansion we are looking for a Manager!
 
The vacancy involves an intensive foreign language course (3-4 Sundays).
 
For the training period:
- rate 40,000 UAH
- schedule 5/2 from 11 to 13 ( 2 hours a day)

Your daily tasks will be:
 
- working with a hotline, incoming calls to customers (we provide the customer base);
- communicating with customers, helping and solving their problems by phone and in the support chat ;
- work with the CRM system, database management.

Terms:
 
- working hours: 5/2 from 10:00 to 20:00;
