Your tasks will include:

• Receiving and fixing requests from company employees
• Resolving issues related to organizational and customer business processes with which store employees work (receiving goods, shipping orders, etc.)

• Processing customer refunds

It will be an advantage if you have:

• IT or technical education
• Experience in customer support, technical support (Retail, Internet providers) - desirable, but not necessary
• PC skills, work with 1C, CRM systems
