Our candidate:

• Organization and conduct of technical expertise requests, offers and orders received from consumers to the enterprise, as well as ensuring the availability of the necessary documentation for products according to the placed orders.
• Preparation of regulatory documentation for tenders and customer requests.
• Ensuring functioning systems of automatic technical examination and other directories (databases) in the areas of production planning.
• Search for technical solutions for non-standard/additional customer requirements with the involvement of third-party organizations, testing centers, laboratories, etc.
• Monitoring compliance with time frames for responding to requests and preparing regulatory documentation for order fulfillment.
• Technical support and consultation of sales service specialists.

We expect what do you have:

• Education: higher technical degree, mainly in the specialty Materials science and metal pressure processing.
• Understanding the physics of the steel production process, hot and cold deformation metal, as well as heat treatment.
• Knowledge and understanding of the terminology used in metallurgy.
• The level of knowledge of English is at least Pre-Intermediate (preferred).
• High level of mastery of MS Excel, MS Office.
