Your Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support to customers: Assist customers with questions and resolve issues related to Pearson platforms.
Conduct one-on-one customer consultation on Pearson platforms: Offer one-on-one support for efficient use of resources.
Create instructional video scripts for platform users: Develop clear and informative video content to enhance user experience .
Monitor changes to the functionality of Pearson online resources: Track platform modifications and updates.
Manage and update technical chatbot scripts: Ensure chatbot responses are accurate, taking into account current functionality .
Preparation and training for company employees: Conduct training on new online resources and changes in functionality.
Develop video instruction scripts for the exam department: Create training materials that will help candidates prepare before exams.
Provide technical support to candidates for exams: Help candidates with technical questions during exams.
Reporting on work performed: Keep accurate records of tasks completed and results achieved.< /p>
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or technical support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create clear and engaging learning content.
Confident use of online tools and resources, with a good understanding of educational platforms.
