Subsidiary enterprise with foreign investments, which combines the following areas of activity: own book production, promotion and sale of books, cooperation with leading publishing houses, wholesale sales. We not only create book bestsellers, but also make them available to the Ukrainian reader. Today, the KSD network has 83 branded bookstores, and this number is increasing.

That is why we are looking for a training manager for the store network staff.

Main functionality:

Creation of training courses, video lessons, development of practical cases for the formation of necessary skills, development of testing;

Adaptation and updating training materials for the needs of the company;

Analysis of the effectiveness of training and development programs, assessment of the level before and after training, implementation of effective suggestions for improving indicators;

Development of training materials: creation of instructions, checklists, regulations, presentations, etc.

Key requirements:

Experience of 2-3 years as a training manager, business trainer;

Experience in developing and conducting trainings (Soft/Hard Skills) in live and online formats;

Knowledge of the peculiarities of teaching adults, the ability to effectively interact with the audience;

Knowledge of modern teaching methods (gamification, microlearning);

Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams);

Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and in writing);
