Manager of Social Performance in SPP Development Ukraine

We invite a Manager of Social Performance to our team to participate in the implementation of large-scale projects in the field of renewable energy. 

Main tasks and functions:

• formation and implementation of a unified approach to working with communities within the scope of all Group projects;
• coordinating the formats of interaction with communities before the start of projects;
• ensuring the social acceptability of the company’s activities for local communities;
• coordinating the company’s position on sensitive issues and controversial situations with communities;
• monitoring of the fulfillment of social obligations and agreements reached;
• cooperation with international financial institutions (EBRD, IFC, DFC) on issues of Social Performance;
• ensuring compliance with social standards, policies and requirements of international financial institutions.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• experience of work in the field of Social Performance, ESG, work with communities or related areas;
• practical experience of interaction with local communities within infrastructure or industrial projects;
• understanding of the requirements of international financial institutions (IFC, EBRD - will be an advantage);
• Experience of resolving complex situations
• fluent command of Ukrainian language, knowledge of English at a level sufficient to work with international partners (not lower than B1 Intermediate);
• system thinking, responsibility, strong communication skills.
