Field of activity:

• Coordination and interaction with stakeholders (local authorities, opinion leaders, public and volunteer organizations)
• Implementation of social projects, initiatives and activities (planning of social costs for the enterprise, organization of execution, interaction with contractors/executors, closing of documentation according to requirements, data collection and analysis)
• Monitoring of the results of implementation of social projects, initiatives and activities
• Preparation of reports on social activity projects in accordance with internal processes and requests and international requirements
• Communications on projects: preparation of communication messages, organization of distribution of announcements, communication messages in social networks, organization photo and video shooting (if necessary)
• Work on attracting co-financing for the implementation of social projects at the local level (local public organizations, local authorities etc.).

Desired experience:

• Higher education in social sciences, management, economics or related specialties
• Management experience by projects
• Experience in management positions in local self-government bodies of the region for at least 2 years, in the social sphere, housing and communal services etc
• High organizational and communication skills, deep understanding of the principles of corporate social responsibility
• PC skills, work skills in Excel, preparation of documentation and reports
• Ability to work with various stakeholders, including donors, communities and government institutions
