SOCIAL APARTMENT MANAGER

Geography of the project: m. Lutsk The main tasks of the manager:

• Ensuring the effective functioning of the Social Apartment: organizing the process of identifying potential clients, ensuring the process of rehabilitation and socialization of clients according to the methods of the Right to Health organization (HealthRight International).

  • Management of the staff of the Social Apartment and coordination of its activities.
  • Analysis of the performance of indicators and tasks of the work plan.
  • Coordination of provision of comprehensive assistance to clients and management of cases of clients of the Social Apartment.
  • Execution of organizational and administrative functions related to the provision of various types of assistance to clients and the functioning of the Social Apartment in general.
  • Control over the maintenance of primary accounting documentation for project.
  • Control over the condition of the premises, compliance with the norms of behavior and safety rules in the Social Apartment.
  • Maintenance of administrative, financial, accounting, reporting documentation and documentation for case management.
  • Resolving professional issues that arise during case management, based on innovative approaches in the field of Social Work.
  • Control over the effectiveness of providing assistance to clients of the Social Apartment.
  • Protection and preservation of confidentiality of information about Social Apartment clients in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
  • Organization of meetings of the multidisciplinary team of Social Apartment employees with the involvement specialists involved in client case management.
  • Planning, coordination and ensuring effective interaction with subjects of social work with families and children, bodies and services for children and special institutions for children, state institutions and partner organizations.
  • Coordination of data and information collection regarding the work of the Social Apartment, their analysis, preparation of monthly and other reports to donors of the project.
  • Control over the timely provision of the social apartment with the necessary equipment, consumables, etc.
  • Reporting on the work carried out within the framework of the project to the project coordinator and participation in the preparation of project reports for the donor.

  Requirements for candidates:

  ? Higher education in the social, psychological, pedagogical sphere, public health.

  ? Minimum of 5 years of work experience.

  ? Possession of the MS Office suite.

  ? Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

  ? High level of responsibility;

  ? Strategic and analytical thinking;

  ? Focus on the result;

  ? Excellent organizational skills and leadership competencies;

  ? Desire to work for a charity.

  ? Knowledge and strict adherence to professional ethical standards.
