Ukraine Global Scholars (UGS) is looking for a Career Opportunities Manager to oversee the UGS internship program and help students find their first job in Ukraine after graduating from top universities around the world. UGS (UGS.foundation) is a charitable organization registered in the USA and Ukraine, which helps Ukrainian high school students from poor families enter the best world universities and boarding schools. Since 2015, we have already helped 300+ Ukrainian young people get scholarships worth more than 60 million dollars. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Ukrainian and English and is based in Ukraine. Candidates should have HR or recruiting experience (see additional information below). Final compensation level depends on experience. Please send your resume and cover letter to Yulia Lemesh at [respond] if you are interested in the position.Responsibilities: Working with databases of UGS interns and graduates Establishing new and developing existing partnerships with Ukrainian employers from the commercial, public and non-commercial sectors Assisting students UGS in finding summer internships in Ukraine and helping UGS graduates in finding their first job in UkraineOrganization in Ukraine and online fairs of internships/vacancies and other events related to internships/employmentDevelopment of new UGS strategic initiatives aimed at developing internship and employment opportunities for students UGS in Ukraine, including in the field of science and art. Development of relations with UGS alumni and support of UGS interns and graduates. on IELTS or 100+ on TOEFL) Excellent written and oral English and Ukrainian skills 3+ years of experience in HR or recruiting in Ukraine Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work with many UGS stakeholders: from high school students to strategic partners Experience working with young people 14−18 years old will be advantage High degree of independence, ability to manage processes without supervision Entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work under time constraints and adapt to rapid changes Registered Ukrainian FOP
