Your main tasks will be:

• to conduct an analysis of the products available in the Company and the market practice of implementing employee care programs to support their physical and mental health;
• deal with the development of the concept for the Company and preparation for its implementation/substantiation; 
• development of the implementation schedule, identification of participants, resources, etc.) ;
• ensure the purchase of services defined by the program (incl. Voluntary health insurance DMS);
• monitor compliance with the terms of interaction with service providers, timeliness and completeness of payments under contracts, compliance with service standards (if available), etc.;
• carry out cost planning by direction within the budgeting process;
• conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of approved approaches;
• provide referral advice.
  

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• work experience in ERP systems;
• experience of purchasing voluntary medical servicesinsurance, life insurance for different categories staff, including software development;
• understanding the specifics of purchasing onProzorro, laws on insurance, on protection healthy'Iwill be an advantage;
• high level of knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
