Right now we are looking for a Manager of employee compensation and motivation
Main responsibilities:
- Participation in activities aimed at automating personnel evaluation processes
- Evaluating the performance of the Company's employees
- Communicating on the organization of efficiency management processes
- Forming analytical, regular reporting with Excel tools, visualization of PowerPoint data and accompanying reporting
- Development of administrative, regulatory, methodical and other documents of the Society on work efficiency issues
- Formation of recommendations aimed at optimizing the efficiency management process
The successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- Higher education (mathematics, cybernetics, economics, finance, etc.)
- Experience in the field of HR from the 1st year in the position of a specialist in compensation and benefits, remuneration and motivation of personnel, in particular with experience in calculating the motivation of personnel KPE
- Knowledge of Excel at a high level levels
- Experience in statistical analysis, modeling and planning
- Attention to detail, ability to learn, experience with large data sets
- Analytical skills, ability to solve problems
- Responsible for timeliness and quality of data
- Ability to find insights, cause and effect relationships, experience with stakeholders and teams
- Data analysis skills and the ability to formulate recommendations based on results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in large systems companies
- Employee motivation system support
- Willingness to learn quickly
- High communication skills
- Working with macros and Power BI is desirable but not necessary
- Creative approach to data visualization
