• Participation in the development of the employer's brand and the company's HR activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related sector.
• Understanding executive search principles and modern methods candidate search.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with HR systems and databases.
