What will be in your area of ​​responsibility:

• Creation and implementation of the agency's development strategy for the year, budgeting.

• Search for new clients, sale of services. Building a sales and lead generation department. 

• Hiring employees. Control of the implementation of the set goals and KPIs of the team.

• Achieving financial indicators.

What we need for a perfect match:

2. Your skills and experience are enough to handle the areas of responsibility, namely:

• Do you have management experience and experience in recruiting agencies from 1 year. It's even cooler if you worked in the positions of Team Lead, Head of Recruitment, HRD, COO, CBDO.

• It is important for us that you can speak English fluently (could) lead easilynegotiations with our foreign clients.

• You are not afraid to take responsibility, you have a desire to improve yourself/results/processes.
