Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Projects and Programs Managerimplements and monitors mental health and psychosocial support, protection and care projects and programs in accordance with ACF strategy and standards, international standards and national policies .
Terms work:

Requirements:
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, psychology, or psychiatry.
- At least five years of experience, including experience in clinical services and clinical supervision. Experience in humanitarian work preferred sector and management Minimum of five years of experience including clinical services and clinical supervision Experience in the humanitarian sector and management preferred.
- Strong training and supervision skills, including clinical supervision.

- In-depth knowledge of program management.
- Knowledge of standard logistics, financial and HR procedures and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Communication and coordination with authorities, partners, organizations at local and national levels.
- Ensuring timely preparation of monthly and technical reports from locations; providing feedback as needed in terms of quality and quantityx aspects of activities.
- Perform activity monitoring, analyze and evaluate programs, develop monitoring tools.
- Define and adhere to security measures for teams and the population.
- Organize initial and ongoing training for ACF teams and other identified stakeholders and partners on psychosocial issues and other topics as needed.
- Provide support to national and partner teams through day-to-day oversight of PHC activities.
>- Act in the role of coordinator and promote the integration of gender issues and protection issues, as well as the development of specific measures to combat sexual and gender-based violence and protect children.
- Ensure the development of the ACF mission in Ukraine.
- Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during the project.
