What you need to do in the position Manager of projects and programs in the field of intangible production for the improvement of processes based on the results of customer inquiriesDepartment of customer inquiriesProcess Management Department/Support Management and of service ?

• Analysis of the main reasons for customer appeals and identification of shortcomings in processes;
• Performance of search and formulation of proposals for business improvement -processes based on research;
• Implementation of projects to improve customer service, ensuring their efficiency;
• Control of deadlines, budget and quality of project execution;
• Formation of regular reports about the results of the review appeals and implementation of projects/changes regarding the optimization of business processes;
• Development of training programs for Bank employees involved in relations with clients during the provision of banking and other financial services on matters of consideration of client appeals.

  • Experience in banking for at least 1 year;
