Training and personnel development manager.

Main tasks:

• Organization and conduct of staff training on product and professional competencies;
• Update of existing and development of new training programs according to needs of business;
• Assessment of training effectiveness, analysis of knowledge and skills level;
• Identification of training and development needs of personnel;
• Participation in related HR projects of the company.

Candidate profile:

• Experience of working in HR or sales with the function of team training;
• Experience of conducting personnel training — from 2 years;
• Experience in developing educational materials (PowerPoint is a must, video content is an advantage);
• High communication skills, the ability to convey information clearly and structured;
• Organized, systematic, creative, the ability to work in a team;
• Readiness for business trips within the city.
