Manager of personnel training and development in Blizenko

The chain of stores "Blyzenko" is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Training and Personnel Development Manager who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Your oresponsibilities:

• Participates in the formation, updating and implementation of the model of corporate competencies in cooperation with department heads.
• Organizes and accompanies staff evaluation processes (180°/360°, cases, tests), creates methodological materials and provides support to managers.
• Develops and implements individual development plans (IPR), coordinates their implementation, monitors progress.
• Creates concepts of training courses and events, prepares methodological materials, engages internal and external trainers.
• Analyzes training effectiveness: collects data from LMS, formal surveys, evaluates changes in employee competencies and behavior.
• Conducts reporting and analytics: prepares reports for management with findings and recommendations for staff development.
• Plans the budget for training and development, compares investments with results that affect business indicators.
• Initiates updating of competencies, programs and approaches to training according to changes in the company's strategy and market trends.
• Participates in shaping programs for recognizing achievements in development (gamification, certificates, ratings).
• Advises managers on approaches to motivation and team development taking into account company values.

Requirements to our candidate:

• Understanding adult training methods and staff development tools;
• Experience in organizing training events, developing programs and questionnaires;
• Ability to analyze training results, form reporting;
• Communication, organization, ability to work with different audiences.
