The main tasks of the position:

• Implementation of long-term and current planning, unification of approaches to the implementation of the system of training and personnel development.
• Organization of educational and methodological support and implementation of measures for the continuous development of the professional training system in the structural units of the Company in accordance with the goals and strategies of the company's development.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education.
• Work experience in similar positions at manufacturing enterprises .
• Experience in management positions is an advantage.

Necessary professional competencies:

• Knowledge of principles organization and conduct of professional training at the enterprise and its evaluation efficiency.
• Experience of conducting contractual work with counterparties.
• Experience of forming a personnel reserve and implementation of personnel reserve development programs.
• High level of mastery of MS Office programs (Word , Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
