We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help us build the best teams within our restaurant business.

You will:

• Develop innovative training programs/materials for all levels (from beginners to managers).
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Conduct trainings and workshops using modern teaching methods.
• P< b style="font-weight: 700">maintain your existing learning management system (LMS) and analyze the effectiveness of training programs. In the near future, we will implement our learning management system, you will be involved in this product.
• Cooperate with external trainers and experts to improve qualifications of different levels of employees.
