Our requirements:

• experience in staff training and implementation of LMS systems from 2 years;
• understanding the specifics of work in the flower business or related fields will be an advantage;
• experience with LMS platforms;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge;

• ability to work with a large amount of information and adjust training processes;
• higher education in the field of pedagogy, psychology, personnel management or related fields regions.

• development and implementation of training programs for various departments: contact center and retail employees;
• implementation and configuration of LMS to manage the training process;
• creation educational materials, courses, instructions;
• conducting trainings, master classes and educational sessions to improve the qualifications of employees;
• evaluation of the effectiveness of educational programs and making corrections based on feedback;< /li>
