Manager of personnel search and cash operations/ Recruiter in bolt

We are G CAR, the largest car fleet in Ukraine that works with Bolt and Uklon. We already have more than 22 offices and 14 of our own service stations, and we continue to grow!

We are now looking for a recruiter who will help find cool drivers and become part of a friendly and strong team.

You will perform:

• Search and selection of drivers.
• Using different search channels: social networks, job sites.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Regulating cooperation with drivers: signing contracts, registering drivers, creating chats, creating driver cards in the CRM system.
• Collecting cash from drivers and daily collection. Preparation of daily financial reports. Checking the lists of debtors and working with them. Cash register control and calculation of drivers’ earnings, including the calculation of bonuses.

We expect:

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Confident PC user: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs.
• Would be an advantage: experience in recruiting and working with cash register.
