We invite you to the team: Manager of personnel efficiency management of the IT Architecture and Projects Department.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a unified performance management system (KPI, OKR, MBO).
• Formation of policies, procedures and regulations for personnel performance evaluation.
• Automation of PM processes.
• Supporting managers in setting goals and KPI cascading.
• Participation in the development of reward systems based on the results of evaluation of goals, KPI.
• Analysis of performance indicators, preparation of reports by direction.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic education
• Experience in personnel management from 3 years in large companies.
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI|OKR.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Additional education in direct, in change management, project management - will be advantage.
