SE KK "Roshen" is the central office of the ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation: a strategic, analytical and operational center that ensures effective coordination of all business processes of the company. 

Development of Regulatory Documentation and Profiling

• Development and implementation of provisions, regulations, policies in part organizational structure and roles
• Development and updating of job instructions, regulations on subdivisions, responsibility matrices
• Formation of functional profiles for each position.

Data Management and Standards

• Audit of the system of uniform standards of job titles and rules for entering them into the system
• Maintenance of the job directory, organizational hierarchy
• Control of the relevance of organizational data in systems.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, work experience in building and maintaining organizational structures for 3 years or more in large companies
• Experience in developing and updating job instructions and regulations
• Experience in implementing changes in the company structure and support transformations
• High level of mastery of Excel; analytical skills: the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of structures and processes, draw conclusions and suggestions for optimization
• Change management: supporting transformations, optimization of processes and structures
• Decision-making: informed choice of decisions regarding the company structure and roles
• Interaction with business: coordination with HR, finance and line managers to implement changes.
