Almost 10 years ago decoration : none" target="_blank">we we create deep and modern projects that explore Ukrainian identity and developcreative industries of the country. Additionally, in conjunction with partner of the NGO, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Ukraine, we work to shape social and behavioral changes among teenagers and young people.
Number of projects, so we decided to create a new vacancy for GO:organization support manager.Main task of the position — to be a reliable support for the organization's team and projects, i.e., to provide versatile operational activities of the NGO. You will be an indispensable element between the main organizational processes, and together with the teamyou will implement important projects for Ukraine.
Inyour task-list will be continuously growing.
For example:
Project task:coordination of small projects and interaction with partners, local government, educational institutions and other institutions as part of their implementation, organization of team and project events, meetings, etc.;
Coordinating tasks: processes related to the specialists involved in the project (coordination of media invitation, press centers, government representatives, search for photographers, videographers, etc.);
Administrative tasks: external communications support (email processing, external requests),keeping and updating tables in Google Sheets andExcel, including analysis and presentation of data for projects, preparation of monthly reports according to donor templates, administration of accountable expenses.
What we pay attention to is, of course, the relevance of the position:
Experience in project or process administration.
High level of responsibility and self-organization — the ability to effectively plan your time and the time of busy colleagues in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility and adaptability - ability to move between different roles, especially during intensive projects, emotional stability.
Developed communication skills: for us, this means diplomacy and courtesy, the ability to establish contact with colleagues and partners, business correspondence skills.
Technical skills and knowledge of tools: confident mastery of Excel (data analysis is our everything), experience with CRM and LMS systems, as well as experience in preparing presentations.
Language: competent command of the Ukrainian language, command of the English language at the B2 level (and above) will be an advantage.
