Now we are actively expanding and opening new offices in the regions of Ukraine. That is why we are looking for a strong operational leader who will take over the execution management and ensure the systemic growth of the organization.
Team role
This is a key management role responsible for operational efficiency, team management and scaling of Cluster Digital.
You will work directly with the Executive Director and help translate strategy into clear execution.
Reporting to: Executive Director
What you will need to doExecutive and team management
- Ensure timely delivery of key projects
- Coordinate the work of project and functional managers
- Implement operational discipline and transparency of processes
- Control loading of teams and narrow places
Building an operating system
- Standardize processes and work regulations
- Develop a planning, tracking and reporting system
- Implement performance metrics (KPI, dashboards)
- Strengthen the manageability of a rapidly growing organizations
Scaling regional offices
- Support the launch of new locations
- Build an operational model of the regions' work
- Synchronize teams
- Control the rollout of new initiatives
Our candidate is a person who:
- has 5+ years of experience in operational or program management
- has managed teams of 5-10 people
- has experience working in a multi-project environment
- is strong in building processes and systems
- can keep a balance between speed and quality of execution
- thinks structurally and brings solutions to the result
- comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
Will be an advantage:
- scaling experience organizations or networks
- experienced launch of new locations / hubs
- experience working with educational, partnership or ecosystem projects
- proficiency in English
