We have already achieved significant results, entering the TOP-3 ride-hailing services of Ukraine. We have many new ideas and ambitious goals, so we decided to expand our team.

Your future team professionals:

Join the OnTaxi marketing team, which works effectively in two key areas: digital and direct marketing. Our experienced professionals skillfully use various channels and strategies, implementing creative ideas to achieve the best results.

How will you influence the product

• Combine long-term strategic vision with achievement specific and measurable goals in the short term;

• Manage the OnTaxi team, form and maintain a high level of productivity, effective interaction and motivation;

• < p>Manage a team to achieve a high level of efficiency. Build a result-oriented culture;

• Motivate, train and develop the team;

• Together with key managers, define goals, develop key results and measures according to the OKR methodology to maximize business results;

• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of existing business models in order to increase efficiency and competitiveness;

• Organize strategic sessions, operational planning sessions and general meetings to ensure focus on important tasks, business development and achievement of key results;

Actively interact with investors and business owners, directing
efforts to achieve common strategic goals and company development.

This role combines strategic thinking, leadership and results orientation, giving the opportunity to influence the future of the company and the growth of its team

Skills that are important to us

• More than 5 years of experience in management positions involving strategy, finance and project management;

• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and ROI assessments;

• Experience in strategic planning using OKR and SMART methodologies to achieve ambitious business goals;

• Project management with an emphasis on efficiency and achieving results;

• Ability to work with metrics and KPI: development methodologies, implementation, metric planning and monitoring;

• Common experience of conducting complex negotiations and leading discussions in large groups, in particular in the context of business and partnerships;

• Active and an open leadership position, the ability to listen and motivate the team, supporting constructive dialogue and healthy criticism even in difficult situations;

• Owning modern tools for management and communication: Google Business Suite, Office 365, MS Teams, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io;

• High level of business presentations and self-presentation, ability to communicate effectively with different audiences;

• Ability to take responsibility and delegate tasks according to priorities;

• High level of interesting focus on development in various areas of business and technology, desire constantly improve their own skills.
