In connection with the expansion of the program, we are looking for a manager of medical activities (primary medical care) in the city of Kharkiv
Functional responsibilities
- Coordination of mobile clinic activities: deployment, monitoring, evaluation;
- Development of the mobile clinic patient service system according to with the protocols and norms of the Ministry of Health and WHO;
- Management of the work of medical workers;
- Conducting trainings, assessment sessions to support and develop the professional skills of mobile clinic workers;
- Control of orders of consumables for the operation of mobile clinics, analysis of data on the use of medicines;
- Development and support of relations with health care entities for further improvement of activities;
- Assistance in the evaluation and selection of new locations in remote areas and/or in new de-occupied territories;
- Establishment and development of relations with representatives of local health care centers, local volunteer and humanitarian organizations working in the field of health care with the aim of receiving feedback and improving the work of mobile clinics;
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reports for both internal and external needs (donors and stakeholders) reflecting important trends, opportunities and providing recommendations for further development of the direction primary medical care within the framework of the UK-MED UKRAINE project;
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (preferably medical);
- Experience of working in management positions in the field of health care from 3 years (experience of working in humanitarian missions/projects, in INGOs will be a plus);
- Experience of evaluating and monitoring project results, preparation of reports on medical activities;
- Organizational abilities and skills of managing multifunctional teams;
Proficiency in English at a conversational level is desirable, but not mandatory;

Advanced use of IT technologies and programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Google Drive, Share points etc)c
Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
